Exceptional Integrity and Customer Service—CarFix Has a Customer for Life! I highly recommend CarFix to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable go-to repair shop.I brought my Camry XLE here because the AC stopped working, and I worked directly with Mike. Initially, they diagnosed a bad blower motor. They replaced it, which cost me $2,000. Unfortunately, the AC issue came back about a month later. When I brought it back, the team realized the initial diagnosis had missed an issue with the EVAC system, and fixing it was going to cost another $2,000. Nobody wants to hear that, but this is where Mike and the CarFix team showed their true colors. After a respectful discussion, Mike completely took responsibility for the missed diagnosis. To earn my trust, they went above and beyond and completed the EVAC repair at absolutely no cost to me. I have been a loyal Midas customer for years, but I have never received this level of honesty, accountability, and great service anywhere else. They chose to value the customer over a quick buck. Amazing job, Mike and the team! You have earned my highest recommendation and my future business.

I just picked up my car after getting my brakes done. Turns out that they fixed a problem with my car that had been plaguing me for eight years. I’ve had this car into the dealership, probably a half a dozen times since I pulled it off the lot brand new. One time the dealership took over a month to get the car back to me, and they still had not fixed the problem. Car Fix diagnosed the problem while they were doing my brakes, and fixed it. I am utterly amazed. It was a $500 fix that the dealership could not even diagnose properly. And a funny story, I had a little sticky note on my dashboard to remind me to fill up my purse with a few candies and mints for my husband. When Car Fix gave me my car back, yhey had filled my cupholder with candies and mints with a little note that said “you ask and you shall receive.” Mike, so sorry that I gave you a hard time when you called about my quote. You were right. You are the best.

My experience at Car Fix Troy was nothing short of amazing. I’ve been to other auto repair shops and the attention to detail and customer service is unmatched. Mike and Jeremy at the front counter were extremely friendly and thorough and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my issues. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any issues in the future.

I had an issue with the brakes on my truck. I called the guys at car fix they got me in within 30 minutes of making the call and had everything fixed within 90 minutes! They even brought me back into the bay to show me what the issue was. They have a very comfortable sitting area that I was able to work from on their provided Wi-Fi. I play to bring my truck back to them with any issues in the future. Highly recommended!!!

I had Car Fix do some repairs on my Chevy Suburban this year! They were all amazing! Very friendly staff and communicated well! I thought their pricing was great!! I worked with Jeremy on my repair work and he was great!! He was very nice and was very helpful explaining the issues of my vehicle. Will be back again for sure!! 10 out of 10!
